The shack

A little pink trailer with a big sweet tooth.

Richie’s Snack Shack is a San Antonio snack bar on wheel raspas and snow cones first, then the salty stuff that belongs next to them. Nachos. Hot Cheetos. Chips. Candy. If it’s loud, cold, or covered in chamoy, it belongs here.

No brick-and-mortar yet. We pop up around town and book private events. Call or message for catering.

The look

Pink paint. Chamoy drip.

Look for the bubblegum trailer, the sunglasses slushie, and the graffiti lettering. If you see that, you’re in the right line.

How these numbers were set. San Antonio raspa shops currently sell small cones for about $3.25–$3.75 and larges for $4.55–$5.75; mangonadas run $5.50–$9.95; cheese nachos $5–$6.50; Hot Cheetos con queso $3.25–$5. Local food-truck catering overall is $7–$25 per person, but dessert and snack trucks cluster at $6–$9 per person with $625–$1,000 minimums, and a typical SA truck booking sits around $800–$1,100. A snow-cone machine rental alone is ~$75/day a staffed pink trailer has to clear several hundred dollars or the stop isn’t worth firing up the ice. These packages are estimates for the mockup, not an official quote from the Facebook page.

Good to know

Questions before you pull up?

A short FAQ reduces repetitive messages and gives the page a more complete, trustworthy feel.

Where is the trailer today?

Richie's is a mobile pop-up trailer. Check the latest Facebook/social update for today's exact spot and hours.

Do you cater private events?

Yes. Birthdays, school events, office gatherings, neighborhood parties and other celebrations can be considered. Submit the catering form with your event details.

How far in advance should I book?

Earlier is better for private events. Availability depends on the date, guest count, travel distance and menu.

Can I customize the menu?

Yes. Tell us what you want in the inquiry form and the team can confirm available options and pricing.

Do prices stay the same?

Menu and catering pricing can change. The current menu and confirmed event quote should be treated as the final pricing.

What we need from you

Date, start time, zip code, guest count, and whether you want straight raspas or the salty mix. We need a level spot for the trailer, 110V if we’re running extra lights, and a 10×20 footprint. Book 10–14 days out; Fiesta and graduation weekends go first.
